Sales - Law Enforcement Agencies

POLICE AGENCIES
We specialize in trading new weapons for old and can greatly reduce
the cost of providing your agency with new equipment. If you have
servicable duty weapons, Class III items, confiscated firearms that have been released by the courts, or other assets of value we'll work with you to provide you with the equipment you need while minimizing, or even eliminating, out of pocket expenses.
Below you'll find the forms and instructions required for making agency purchases or for requesting equipment demonstrations.
Forms must be submitted on official agency letterhead and bear an ORIGINAL, blue ink signature of your agency's Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO) or his/her designee.
Delegation of Authority This form permits named officers to sign for the agency's Chief Law Enforcement Officer (CLEO). This document must be submitted on official agency letterhead and bear the original signature of the agency's CLEO.
Federal Excise Tax Exemption Form This form is required to exempt qualified law enforcement agencies from the Federal Excise Tax (FET) on firearm and ammunition purchases. Once submitted, this form is valid for a period of 3 years. Individual LE officers are not exempt from the FET.
Agency Purchase Letter Purchasing agencies may use this letter format in lieu of an agency purchase order. It must be submitted on official agency letterhead and bear the original signature of the agency's CLEO or named responsible party. Official agency purchase orders may also be used in conjunction with this letter.
Agency Demonstration Request Use this form to request a no-obligation demonstration of rifles, pistols, shotguns, or any of the optics that we carry. Demos are limited to Pacific Northwest-area agencies.
Agency Demonstration Request - NFA Use this form to request a no-obligation demonstration of NFA (Class III) weapons. Code 4, LLC must have this form on file prior to the demo. Demos are limited to Pacific Northwest-area agencies.
Note: BATFE restricts the demonstration of NFA weapons to a maximum of 2 like models of a particular (sub)machine gun.
Example: An agency may request a demonstration of (2) Colt M16A3 rifles, but may not request a demonstration of (3) M16A3 rifles.
There are NO restrictions on the number of like-model NFA weapons that an agency may purchase. Please contact us if you have questions.
